Personalized Items:

All personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-Personalized Items:

Exchanges are accepted for items in original, unused condition within 10 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs for all exchanges.
Damaged Packages:

If your package is damaged during shipping, please photograph the damage immediately and contact us with the documentation, this should be no later than 10 days from delivery.

We require proof of damage in order to process any refunds or replacement items.
